The location of the hotel is perfect, situated on the tram line next to Santa Maria delle Grazie church, providing easy transport access. The view of the elegant homes from the window is lovely. Rooms are clean and the bathroom facilities are very nice. The breakfast service is also great with tasty food.
The staff are rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process much longer than necessary, causing guests to miss reservations.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area in Milan downtown, making it ideal for exploring major attractions. The staff provides excellent service and is attentive to detail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable double bed. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of options, including food suitable for those with allergies, and the prices are good value for the quality of food provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to Cadorna Railway station, making it very easy to connect to Malpensa airport quickly. It also was very convenient for me to reach the historic centre with the metro line situated very close by. The cleanliness level was perfect, with the bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests I had. The breakfast was plentiful and filling, making for a perfect start to my day.
Couldn't find any faults at all. This city is full of many fantastic places and this hotel is one of them.

Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, perfect to enjoy the sun. The breakfast was tasty and filling, with a variety of options. We were able to walk to all the major attractions with ease.
